    My name is Olga. I am a Master of Science in Psychology and a Professional Credentialed Coaching (PCC). I specialise in coaching clients through midlife crisis, that involves such newly emerging or intensifying issues as:

    • But we DO consider and respect the clinical symptoms while working towards your goals

    During sessions we:

    • Pick helpful psychological techniques that fit your unique individuality and requirements
    • Create accountability and support structure
    • Develop skills that help adapt to life demands
    • Find solutions and celebrate wins

    We will set up an introductory meeting.

    During this meeting we will discuss your goals and challenges, and I will suggest solutions and a plan of addressing your crisis. You will receive the plan in writing for your convenience. 

    If you feel we are a good fit and your feel comfortable, we will set up regular meeting time and payment schedule, and start moving through the crisis towards better quality of life.
