  • Pick helpful psychological techniques that fit your unique individuality and requirements
  • Create accountability and support structure
  • Develop skills that help adapt to life demands
  • Find solutions and celebrate wins

We will set up an introductory meeting

During this meeting we will discuss your goals and challenges, and I will suggest solutions and plan for you to consider

If you feel we are a good fit and your feel comfortable, we will set up regular meeting time and payment and start moving towards better quality of life

Fees and Payment:

When you subscribe to regular weekly coaching the current fee is $75 / hour

When you request one-time call with one-time payment the current fee is $95/hour
